We are looking for a professional, effective leader who can manage a team of qualified New Business Professionals and Supervisors to achieve set targets through data analytics and ongoing process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual should be able to assess sales and marketing data against staff member performances, maintain Quality Assurance levels through coaching and training, as well as prepare and present management information to the Sales and Marketing Executive.

This individual will be required to review all implemented processes and procedures, as well as seek continuous improvement, while maintaining required profitability levels through effective leadership and allocation of resources.

This individual must also effectively manage two-way communication with the ability to provide context and reason, as well as conduct personal development programs with the Supervisory level staff.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years staff management experience
  • CA (SA) / CIMA / or similar Honours Qualification

FINANCIAL MANAGER

We are looking for a highly qualified and efficient individual who is required to oversee our finance department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will be expected to assume full responsibility for the entire finance function, including producing financial information to the company's leaders to make sound business decisions. This individual will also maintain oversight of the day-to-day work of the finance department and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • CA (SA), or B.Com Honours with articles
  • 2 years post article experience
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

We are looking for a highly efficient and dynamic individual who is required to assist in our claims department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will assist with day-to-day activities, improving the investigation process, as well as the level of client services offered. This individual needs to be able to understand processes and implement changes while working with a dynamic team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.Com Honours or CTA
  • 1 - 2 years work experience (preferably in a managerial position)

These individuals should be able to facilitate the telephonic purchase of PMD's innovative insurance products using already-generated leads, as well as analyse data on a daily basis to assess and complete potential sales opportunities.

These individuals must be highly motivated in order to reach and exceed set targets, whilst remaining positive and proactive.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed University Degree or Diploma (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communications skills and fluent in English
  • Computer literate
  • Cope well under pressure

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & DATA ANALYTICS CONSULTANT

We are looking for a dynamic BI consultant to oversee business aspects of information management and reporting systems while constantly looking for opportunities to make these systems more efficient.

The preferred candidate for this role is an individual who is logical, analytical and objective, and has good reasoning skills. They should be a perfectionist by nature, as their work needs to be delivered accurately. This individual will need to take initiative in this role and solve problems independently. Communication with others within a team is paramount to the overall success of the BI team. A proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Do cross-checks and reconciliations throughout the information-gathering process to ensure data accuracy is guaranteed.
  • Be responsible for providing analytics and reporting that focusses on generating continuous business improvements.
  • Ability to communicate in English at an executive business level: Speaking, in person or telephonically, and writing.
  • Be viewed as a strategic thought partner to the business for insights and analytics.
  • Develop reports, draw appropriate conclusions thereon and communicate findings cross-functionally to secure management action.

CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a process-driven, highly motivated individual to operationally manage a team of Claims Administrators and as a result meaningfully contribute to the improvement of client services within the team. The successful candidate needs to be able to motivate and encourage the team to meet and exceed targets.

This individual must be able to provide information to management through verbal and written feedback.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed B.Com. (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • 3-5 years related experience

PRESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to oversee our new Preservations Team. This individual will be responsible for coming up with strategies and solutions to assist with retaining PMD's current customer base and leading a team to exceed targets

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary Degree
  • 2 - 5 years work experience
  • At least 2 years experience in supervising a team
  • Analytical and solution-orientated

3RD PARTY INDEMNITIES TECHNICIAN

This individual will be required to perform desktop investigations on 3rd party indemnity claims made against PMD. They will be responsible for establishing the negligence of the 3rd party and the client to arrive at required apportionments, approvals, rejections or refutes as well as communicate with the 3rd party/ 3rd party insurer.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legal background (at least LLB degree, preferably attorney or para legal)
  • Work experience in 3rd party recoveries/ indemnities preferable
  • Hark working and ambitious
  • Great time management skills

CLAIMS TECHNICIAN

The core function of this role is to investigate motor vehicle accident claims to determine their legitimacy and to help identify potential fraudulent claims, while still providing world-class service to our clients

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Criminology, Law or Forensics, or B.Com Graduates
  • 1 - 2 years previous work experience is an advantage
  • Good administration skills
  • Able to handle pressure well
