Main responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise: Lead a team of Compliance Professionals, ensuring the completeness of the Compliance Program and the accuracy of identified risks.
- Audit and Analyse: Prepare audit data and reports, conduct audit testing, and collaborate with relevant teams to review findings and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective controls, stay alert to changes in the risk environment, and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Report and Recommend: Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports on risk management, audit results, and control monitoring to senior management.
- Enhance and Innovate: Continuously improve compliance processes, controls, and procedures to enhance business operations and reduce risk.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant industry regulations, legal principles, and best practices to maintain high standards of service and ethical conduct.
- Coach and Train: Provide coaching and mentorship to compliance professionals and contribute to the development of training programs to improve team performance and business compliance awareness.

Minimum requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (required).
- Postgraduate qualification in Compliance is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (including formulas, graphs and reports etc.).
- Excellent writing and communication skills to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of team supervisor/management experience, ideally within an insurance firm.

Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the supervision of the Help Desk and its team.
- Ensuring the stable operation of our in-house computer network.
- Designing, installing and optimising company servers, and resolving end-user computer problems.
- You will also assist in planning for, and maintaining, our network and server hardware, software, and all communication links.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of our data center.
Minimum requirements
- must have completed an IT degree.

Main responsibilities
- Review and authenticate all incoming claims, accurately and efficiently requesting any missing information or documentation.
- Interact with clients in an empathetic and sincere manner, building on our company values and brand while adhering to established procedures for processing claims by recording all pertinent information on our system
- Develop excellent product knowledge to confidently evaluate claim legitimacy according to the terms and conditions outlined in the policy documents
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively addressing and managing claim expectations, employing Treating Customers Fairly principles and communicating clearly with clients and service providers
- Organise and update daily workflow tasks and queues to ensure timely processing and the achievement of daily targets with precision, within the service timeframes
- Help the company identify potential fraudulent claims
- Perform various administrative duties required to support the function
- Excellent client and service provider interactions
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Completed Degree, in one of the following, Criminology (Honours), Law (LLB), Forensics or Finance/Accounting
- Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Previous experience in claim’s investigation is an advantage
