Main responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation and employment contract preparation.

- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the various onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, assisting with the initial stages of the onboarding process.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives, showcasing our culture and values to potential candidates.

Main responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end third-party indemnity claims process, including claim registration, investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement. Oversee the end-to-end third-party recoveries process, including identifying liable third parties, pursuing recoveries, and negotiating and pursuing settlements.
- Lead and manage a team of claims handlers and recovery specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure effective performance and achievement of targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in third-party claims handling.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in third-party claims processing.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with third-party claims, including fraud detection and prevention measures. Coordinate with claims handlers and investigators to gather evidence and information to support third-party recovery claims.
- Negotiate with third parties, their insurers, and legal representatives to reach fair and favourable settlements for indemnity and recovery claims.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, such as legal advisors and recovery agents, to facilitate efficient claims management and resolution.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to third-party claims processing, analyse data trends, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, to resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the third-party claims handling operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance recoveries outcomes and maximize revenue.

Qualifications & Technical Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, or equivalent experience
- Strong SQL skills — including data modelling, query optimisation, and advanced joins/window functions
- Power BI expertise — from semantic model design to interactive dashboard creation (Desktop & Service)
- Python proficiency — especially using pandas for data manipulation and SQL integration
- Comfortable with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos) and basic command-line tools
- Experience working across Windows and Linux environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with dbt, Delta Lake, or Databricks
- CI/CD workflows for Power BI using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Exposure to high-volume transactional domains such as insurance
