Main responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Lead and oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process within the organisation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organisation, implementing strategies to enhance quality and streamline operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and development.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within existing processes and systems, implementing measures to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including new business, retentions, claims, and customer service, to drive a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices within the insurance industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet set targets, and improve existing processes.

Main responsibilities
- Learn to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Minimum requirements
- A degree/diploma/certificate in Digital Marketing or related fields
- 1-2 years experience managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
- Meta Ads (FB & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Including YouTube)
- LinkedIn (advantageous)
- TikTok (advantageous)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, GA4) and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and innovation in developing advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Advantageous:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook blueprint or similar
- Work experience in mobile data services, digital, e –commerce, media and entertainment or in an OTT organization
- SEO experience in current or prior roles
Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the supervision of the Help Desk and its team.
- Ensuring the stable operation of our in-house computer network.
- Designing, installing and optimising company servers, and resolving end-user computer problems.
- You will also assist in planning for, and maintaining, our network and server hardware, software, and all communication links.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of our data center.
