Contact prospective clients to educate them about our products and facilitate the purchase process.

Main responsibilities

  • Work given leads efficiently
  • Respond to allocated leads timeously
  • Respond to correspondence received from clients timeously
  • Set up and attend to any appointments arranged with clients
  • Carry out all calls according to Prime’s dialling protocol
  • Provide clients with accurate and easy to understand explanations of how our products work

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Completed Degree or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
