Main responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and gather information regarding any possible complaints
  • Build positive relationships with clients
  • Negotiate with clients to retain their business
  • Educate and remind customers of the value of our services
  • Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Completed Degree, or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Previous experience in client retention is an advantage
