Retentions Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and negotiating effectively to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to address complaints and gather feedback.

  • Negotiate with clients to retain their business.
