Retentions Consultant

This role within the Retentions Team focuses on strengthening and sustaining client relationships through effective communication, confident negotiation, and solution-oriented engagement. Reporting to the Retentions Team Manager, the incumbent will leverage problem-solving and objection-handling skills to drive client retention, enhance satisfaction, and support positive business outcomes in a values-driven, customer-focused environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention

Minimum requirements

  • A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, solution-driven, and able to handle challenging conversations.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed Degree from a reputable tertiary organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Previous experience in client retention is an advantage
