Main responsibilities
- Work given leads efficiently
- Respond to allocated leads timeously
- Respond to correspondence received from clients timeously
- Set up and attend to any appointments arranged with clients
- Carry out all calls according to Prime’s dialling protocol
- Provide clients with accurate and easy to understand explanations of how our products work
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Completed Degree or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation
- Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
