What to expect when claiming
When you claim, we'll do everything we can to make the process as simple as possible

01 – Submit your claimUse any of our easy options to submit your claim. Remember, the more you tell us about the what happened, the smoother the process.

02 – Claim assessmentWe’ll assess the repair cost and complete the claim evaluation.
To speed up your claim and help us better understand what took place, we may ask you for additional supporting documentation during this phase. -
03 – Claim resultUpon claim approval, we’ll arrange for a repairer to start on your vehicle or proceed with a total loss settlement.
What we need from you
- Photos of your damaged car and the accident scene
- Completed SAPS Accident Report Form
- ID or Drivers’ License of the person driving the vehicle at the time of the accident
- Full personal particulars for any third party involved including ID No. and contact details (where applicable)
- Photos of the damaged third-party vehicle at the accident scene (where applicable)
