Client Service Consultant

This position reports to the Client Services Team Manager and is based at our offices in Bryanston. The successful individual will be required to provide empathetic and sincere interaction with our valued clients. Answer incoming calls, foster positive client relations, manage inquiries, and promptly resolve customer queries or complaints.

Main responsibilities

    • Attend to high call and workflow volumes, showing accountability by ensuring that all client queries are timeously addressed.
    • Interact with clients in an empathetic and sincere manner, building on our company values and brand.
    • Develop excellent product knowledge to deal with client queries confidently.
    • Provide feasible solutions, reassure clients, and deliver on our promises timeously.

Minimum requirements

  • Completed Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years Client service experience in a high call volume, inbound and outbound environment.
  • Completed Degree or a 3-year Diploma would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Previous large corporate client services (non-sales) experience is an advantage
