This role calls for someone who can take an idea from spark to screen — developing sharp, story-driven concepts, crafting compelling storyboards, and delivering polished, high-quality motion design that elevates our brand. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of creatives, but you’ll thrive working independently — transforming briefs into dynamic visual narratives.
Main responsibilities
- Lead motion design from concept to completion across brand campaigns, social media content, digital experiences, and event pieces — ensuring every deliverable is strategically aligned, visually refined, and emotionally resonant.
- Translate creative ideas into compelling visual narratives, producing storyboards, style frames, and simple animatics that clearly communicate direction and intent to stakeholders and collaborators.
- Champion visual excellence by refining every detail — from timing, easing, and rhythm to typography, layout, compositing, and sound design — maintaining a consistently high standard of motion craft.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to ensure motion integrates seamlessly into the broader campaign narrative.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship, helping elevate the overall motion capability of the team while being open to input that pushes your own creative boundaries.
- Stay ahead of motion and design trends, keeping an eye on emerging styles, tools, and techniques in animation, branding, and digital storytelling — and bringing forward fresh references that inspire innovation.
- Contribute to creative ideation sessions, helping shape campaign concepts and brand moments from a motion-first perspective.

- Guideline: 5+ years in motion/animation or a standout reel that shows equivalent ability
- A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates strong visual taste, impeccable timing, and a refined sense of polish.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills — you can originate ideas, not just execute them.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with scripting knowledge considered a strong plus.
- Solid design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities with calm and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills and a reputation for reliable ownership from brief to delivery.
