It has the same 2500-mm wheelbase but is 180 mm shorter and slightly higher (by 30 mm) and wider (by 15 mm). Its kerb weight is 1 115 kg, whilst it has, at 192 mm, 7 mm more ground clearance than the Vitara.

Power is transferred to the front wheels via 4-speed automatic or manual transmission. Claimed fuel consumption figures are not yet available but are likely to be similar to the Ertiga.
The SUV was awarded a 4-star crash safety rating by Global NCAP in 2018. It has 2 front airbags, brake assist, as well as ISOFIX child-seat mounting points at the rear. An immobiliser and security alarm are standard.
